Warehouse Operative - Stoke on Trent

30 hours per week. Monday to Friday.

Purpose of the role:

Dee Set Warehouse colleagues are responsible for performing an array of duties such as Goods In, Replenishment, Picking, Co-pack, Hygiene and Goods out.

Responsibilities of the role:

• People: Work with the team to maintain high standards in the Stoke Warehouse.
• Operations: Ensure that all KPI's are met and products are dispatched in a timely manner as per dispatch schedule.
• Compliance: Stock check products daily. Deal with daily stock issues by the at the end of each day.
• Learning & Development: Working with other colleagues to develop their abilities to complete the job.
• Systems: Work on the Warehouse Management System – Goods receiving, Replenishment, Prepacking, Picking, Packing and Despatch.
• Personal: Take the opportunity to grow, develop and thrive and support other to do this.
• Health & Safety/Data Security: Products and the warehouse is kept as per plan in a clean and tidy manner. Comply with company policies & procedures including awareness of the current GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) regulations and the confidentiality required for my position.
