First Interview


We like to be forward thinking in our approach, we start with a text based interview, to complete at a time that suits you and of course is mobile friendly this enables us to get to know you more, we believe you will really enjoy this! Don’t worry this will take no more than 20 minutes to complete and you will receive feedback as soon as possible, giving you interesting insights about you!

If you have been successful at that stage , we will then contact you by telephone to find out a little more about you and for some roles we may invite you to a face to face interview.

If we think you'll fit in well at Dee Set...

For Head Office Roles, if you have specialised skills i.e. Technology and Change, Finance, People Team or similar roles, we may do an assessment on these, you could be asked to deliver a presentation or invited to a group assessment centre as part of the recruitment process.
