Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Location: Stoke on Trent

Contract: 6 Month Fixed Term Contact – 37.5 Hours Per Week  

Salary: £25,500-£28,000 per annum based on 5 day  working week, dependent on experience.

Working Pattern: Hybrid Working - 3 days in the office

At Dee Set, we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the recruitment of Merchandisers across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in attracting and hiring talent for some of the world's leading FMCG brands. 

You'll work closely with our Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process from application through to onboarding. 

What You'll Be Doing 

• Coordinating high-volume recruitment campaigns for Merchandiser vacancies across the UK. 
• Screening applications against role requirements and eligibility criteria. 
• Conducting telephone and video screening interviews. 
• Managing interview scheduling and candidate communications. 
• Supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a first-class experience. 
• Processing offers and coordinating pre-employment checks and onboarding activities. 
• Maintaining accurate records within our Applicant Tracking System. 
• Producing recruitment reports and tracking hiring activity against key recruitment metrics. 
• Building talent pipelines for future recruitment needs. 
• Working closely with stakeholders to ensure vacancies are filled within agreed timeframes. 

What We're Looking For 

• Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, talent acquisition, or recruitment coordination. 
• Experience supporting high-volume hiring campaigns is highly desirable. 
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills. 
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage with candidates and stakeholders at all levels. 
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously. 
• Comfortable using recruitment systems, ATS platforms, and Microsoft Office. 
• A proactive approach with strong attention to detail. 
• Passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
