The Role

As a Retail Merchandiser, you'll play a key role in bringing some of the UK's biggest brands to life across leading retailers including Asda, Tesco, Sainsbury's, Boots, Marks & Spencer and Co-op.

Working across categories such as health & beauty, cosmetics, confectionery, greetings cards and grocery, you'll ensure products are available, displayed to a high standard and ready for customers to purchase. From launching new products and installing promotional displays to supporting seasonal campaigns, you'll help brands stand out and drive sales in store.

This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll work independently, manage your own schedule and build strong relationships with store colleagues to deliver exceptional standards every time.

What You'll Do

• Merchandise and replenish products, ensuring excellent availability and presentation
• Build displays, install POS materials and support promotional and seasonal campaigns
• Conduct store audits and complete photo-based reporting using a mobile device
• Build positive relationships with store colleagues to support successful delivery of activity
• Deliver all tasks accurately, compliantly and within agreed deadlines
  
  

About you

• You will need to be a driver with access to your own vehicle, and be able to accept home deliveries for POS material (in-store marketing materials / displays)
• You have a smart mobile device and are confident in basic IT including; downloading multiple apps to use concurrently, uploading photographs, completing surveys and reviewing data
• A positive, reliable and proactive attitude
• Great attention to detail and pride in a job well done
• Confidence working independently and managing your own workload
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A flexible approach and willingness to adapt to changing priorities

No merchandising experience? No problem. Full training is provided, so if you have the right attitude and a passion for delivering great standards, we'll give you the tools to succeed.
